DEEP IN SIGHT(CEO Eun-Song Oh), a company specializing in AI-powered 3D sensing solutions, announced today that it has signed a memorandum of understanding(MOU) with ORIENTOM(CEO Seung-Hyun Bang), a quantum computing technology company, to co-develop quantum artificial intelligence(AI) models based on 3D spatial data for enhanced defense applications.

Through this agreement, the two companies have identified the following as key areas of collaboration:

▲ Development of battlefield simulation models that integrate quantum and AI algorithms;

▲ Research on the standardization of 3D spatial data for quantum computing applications; and

▲ Joint development of a unified platform combining their respective technologies to maximize technological synergy.

ORIENTOM will contribute its expertise in quantum computing, including quantum algorithms and quantum finance technologies, while DEEP IN SIGHT will provide AI-driven optimization solutions based on its proprietary 3D spatial data analytics. Together, the companies aim to create practical solutions for real-world defense challenges.

This collaboration is expected to lay the groundwork for advanced AI model development not only in defense, but also across industries requiring high-dimensional decision-making and complex data analysis, such as finance and smart cities, where quantum computing is becoming essential.

DEEP IN SIGHT has developed proprietary lightweight AI-based 3D camera solutions that can precisely extract complex spatial data, including spatial recognition, object detection, and biometric information. These technologies are particularly applicable to real-time battlefield awareness systems and predictive simulation platforms in defense and security sectors.
